A good habit to get into is to give ourselves a compliment at least once a day.
It could be something like "I really liked the way I handled that situation," or "I really made a delicious chicken soup today".
The compliment can be deep or superficial.
If we get into the habit of it, we're on our way to liking ourselves a whole lot better !
