Prescription drugs


A good habit to get into is to give ourselves a compliment at least once a day. 

It could be something like "I really liked the way I handled that situation," or "I really made a delicious chicken soup today"

The compliment can be deep or superficial

If we get into the habit of it, we're on our way to liking ourselves a whole lot better !

Dose     : Say " I AM FABULOUS JUST THE WAY I AM"
Repeat  : X3
